Lagad Lacrima | Side Effects, Case Studies, Ingredients
Largard Lacrima formulation was developed in France and based on the work of ophthalmologists and nutritionists who specialise in research of dry eye. It is an essential core part of the 90 day treatment plan to rebuild your tears.

What is Lagad Lacrima?

Lagad Lacrima® is designed to alleviate Marginal Dry Eye Disorders and effectively protect against the sensation of dry eye.

Our eyes are frequently subjected to causes of dry eyes: pollution, screen work, air conditioning, excess heating. Lagad Lacrima consists of antioxidants, vitamins, minerals and essential fatty acids to improve the nutrition of the cornea and maintain the tear film.

Our body cannot make or store Omega-3s so they must be taken daily/regularly to provide long-term therapeutic benefit. Omega-3s and Omega 6 in the correct combination have been clinically proven to provide long-term relief of dry eye symptoms, it’s making sure that you are taking the correct amount and in the correct formulation which Lagad Lacrima is. Lagad Lacrima also contains Borage oil, Eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) which increases tears and volume and decreases inflammation induced by dry eye. EPA and docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) supplementation starts improving mucin production in tears within a week and decreases your risk of Dry Eye Syndrome. (Take 2 softgel tablets of Largard Lacrima a day with water)

What are Lagad Lacrima Side Effects?

Lagad Lacrima contains Omega 3, which has been found to have many positive effects on the eye, brain and body and is also is a natural blood thinner too, so we recommend you inform your GP that you have started taking them. The omega-3 fatty acids, EPA and DHA, in Largad Lacrima may in very rare circumstances prolong bleeding times in some people already taking anti-coagulant medications such as warfarin and aspirin on a regular basis. If you are taking an anti-coagulant, or if you are scheduled for any type of surgery, you should notify your doctor and pharmacist that you are taking omega-3 fatty acids as a precaution.

Who is Lagad Lacrima for?

Lagad Lacrima has a dual action: promotes the production of tears through the GLA (Gamma Linolenic Acid) derived from borage oil and EPA and reduces oxidative stress which is both a cause and a consequence of dry eye.

Lacrima promotes the production of tears through GLA (Gamma Linolenic Acid) from Borage oil and EPA, a polyunsaturated fatty acid Omega-3 oil from cold water fish and Lacrima promotes the fight against oxidative stress, which is both a cause and a consequence of dry eye with alpha lipoic acid which is a powerful antioxidant found in minute quantities in broccoli and spinach. The formula for Lagad Lacrima was developed based on the work of Ophthalmologists and Nutritionists who specialise in research on dry eye.
