Payment is usually taken at the time of despatch. Lens Lounge will issue a full refund to the value of the product (but not shipping costs) if you return any products for any reason ordered by you within 10 working days from the delivery date. All products must be returned undamaged in the original packaging provided. Contact lenses (including Multipacks) and Eye Care products must be returned unopened.
If you do return a product we recommend that you obtain proof of postage from the Post Office as we are unable to take responsibility for packages lost in the post. Your statutory rights in relation to returns and refunds are not affected.
* Lens Lounge may refuse to accept future orders from those who have made previous unsubstantiated claims for non delivery of goods.
