Nothing! (Well, apart from the name). Your accounts are still open with us, so you can continue to order as usual using your Yates & Suddell username and password. Order history has also been saved, so you can still re-order your lenses at the press of a button. Click here to login to your account.

Have my login details changed?
Nope! You’re login details are still the same as they were with Yates & Suddell. Simply login in with your existing username and password.
Can I still access my previous order history?
Absolutely. This can be accessed through your ‘My Account’ section. You can also continue to re-order your lenses as usual.
I had discount codes with Lens Lounge, are these still valid?
They sure are! Enter your discount code at the checkout and it will be applied to your basket total.
I have an automatic re-order setup with Lens Lounge, will this still be in effect?
Yes, if you have set up an automatic re-order, we will continue to get those lenses to your door – no problem!
