How should I take MacuShield gold?
MacuShield gold should be taken three times a day – either together or separately throughout the day. We recommend taking these with your meals.
What is the difference between MacuShield and MacuShield Gold?
Both supplements have been designed to maintain eye health and protect against macular degeneration however, MacuShield Gold contains additional vitamins which further protect the cells from oxidative stress – copper, zinc, vitamin C and vitamin E.

Are there Macushield Gold Side Effects?
MacuShield’s ingredients are from naturally occurring carotenoids and have been shown to help with light sensitivity/glare discomfort. There have been no mentions of negative side effects of using this supplement but if you notice side effects, consult an expert.
